It was with pleasure and expectation when I first met Prophet David Carter. During telephone conversation, we planned to meet in the Los Angeles area for a prayer breakfast. We had prayer as often as time would permit, and although Prophet Carter's stay wasn't long, the impact of those meetings is still very present in the lives of the people he touched. One meeting in particular lingers with me. It concerned my grandson who is a new Christian and who is not very familiar with the working of the Holy Spirit. He was slain in the Spirit and when he was able to speak he asked if we could see the angels. He said they were all around us. He then began to prophesy to me, telling me not to worry about the business venture I was about to go into, because everything was going to be all right. When I see the Holy Spirit manifested in such great power, I thank God for dedicated anointed men such as Prophet David Carter.
