Latter Rain Oil Prices

On February 28, 2000, I had a vision of standing on a dock, looking up into the sky. I saw the image a very large reptile fall from the sky. It's body appeared to be in two parts (cut in half). The one half was yellow, the other was black. They appeared to be joined together. It had two horns on each side of its head. As the reptile fell into the water, two airplanes fell from the sky.
While standing on the dock, a truck drove up and parked near me. Two men were in the vehicle. One man exited the vehicle and walked toward me. HE SAID, "WE CONTROL THE OIL. " I looked at him and shook my head and the man returned to the truck. The faces of these men appeared in the likeness of presidential candidates.
Several weeks past then suddenly oil & gas prices sky rocketed.
