Proverbs 4:20-27
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they [are] life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

My LORD JESUS, have mercy upon me for I have sin against thee. In times past I have not attended to Your Words; nor have I inclined my ear unto Your sayings, for they have departed from my eyes and I have not kept them in the midst of my heart. Please LORD, have mercy upon me and forgive me for I have sinned. I have sowed and evil seed and now I am reaping the evil harvest of sickness in my flesh.
But today LORD, I repent and turn from my wicked ways to obey and to serve you all the days of my life with my whole heart. LORD I forgive everyone who has hurt me, wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, cleanse me from my sins, create in me a clean heart, renew a right spirit within me, fill me with your Holy Spirit and I shall be healed and made whole. Have mercy upon me dear LORD according to thy loving kindness. Thank you LORD for hearing my supplication and for healing my flesh, for you are my redeemer and deliverer. In The Holy Name of JESUS, I pray. Amen.
