Gift of Song Testimony

In 1999, during a prayer meeting in the Carter's home, Prophet Carter asked me if I could sing and immediately I said no. Then he said, but the Lord said you can sing. What could I say? Prophet Carter laid his hands on me and prayed for my gifts to come fourth to glorify God.
On September 13, 2000, while ministering to several intimates, the Gift of Song manifested and I began to minister in song. It was powerful and it flowed from my belly, like rivers of flowing waters. I could not stop singing this beautiful song and everyone was blessed.
I do not consider myself a singer, but the Lord sees me in a different light and He has blessed me with the Gift of Song. I thank God for every opportunity to glorify Him in song.
Normally, I would shy away from speaking or singing before a group of people. But Glory be to God, for I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I thank God for touching me and giving me the words to sing.
The Lord usually inspires me to sing in the privacy of my home, but I am coming to understand that God is requiring more of me in these last days. I can not do anything without my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the precious Holy Ghost. My answer to God is I will submit to His will. Now Lord, be glorified through me.
All in the name of Jesus my Master and the Deliverer of my soul.
